LARadio.com was started in 1997 by Don Barrett, a radio DJ, on-air personality, movie studio marketing executive and consultant. Don also has written a book entitled, "Los Angeles Radio People" that was published in 1994. A second volume was published in 1997 and has been recieved well by the radio people the book chronicles.
When visiting the site you can look for almost anyone who has been in radio and television as well as recording artists. There's a lot to browse at LARadio and their is a membership section with even more interesting information.
440 International was instrumental in locating several of our former KFXM and KDUO DJ's. Several of our DJ's had registered at 440 international and gave email addresses but most of their readio station history was outdated from three to six years on a average. If you are looking for radio stations or fellow DJ's from the past, 440 international is one of your best choices to find them. We also wish to thank 440 international for updating the listings on their Website for KFXM and KDUO with a link to our site. You can get to 440 International by clicking here; 440 International Website (Click Here)

Doug has been a KFXM FANatic since childhood. While growing up in San Bernardino, he spent almost all his spare time listening to KFXM and fierce compettitor K/men on the radio. Doug started collecting the weekly tune sheets and periodicals published by the two rival radio stations. He has now established a Blog site on the Internet where he shares his collection with visitors. Historically speaking, Doug can provide accurate information as to when things happened back then.
Blogs are basically mini-Web sites where you can post pictures for viewers to review. The viewers can then click on "post a comment" button and the Blog site allows for an inter-exchange of comments and opinions. For those interested in radio station memorabilia, this is an excellent place to visit.
